Great work Team '17! We enter Spring Break with strong practice and meet performances under our belt and are ready for the
challenges of the outdoor season. Spring Break is a great time to transition from winter weather patterns and a tough academic load.
It is also a time to make competitive gains. You NEED to be at practice. If that is impossible, you NEED to download an event
workout plan and complete it at your vacation site.

Horizontal Jumps: M-TH - 10:00-11:30
