Seniors in good standing academically, financially (no outstanding fees/fines) and behaviorally will attend a class meeting on Tuesday, May 8 and promise continued good attendance and behavior (no Senior Skip Day) during Senior Privilege time.  This promise enables seniors to participate in a number of privileges, which includes not having to attend the last five (4) days of school, which this year are June 4-7 thus making them exempt from Final Exams on June 6 and 7. 



The Class of 2018 will have a Senior Class Meeting during PAWS (9:09 – 9:24 a.m.) on Tuesday, May 8 in the Auditorium. In order to begin privileges and receive their Senior Badge, seniors must:


  1. Be in good standing with attendance, discipline and paid fees/fines.
  2. Have all overdue library and overdue textbooks turned in, or fine paid, by 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 3. è   This does not include Spring Trimester textbooks & materials. ç
  3. Have all fees and fines on record paid by 3:00 p.m., May See Dr. Hedlund in the Attendance Office if you have questions or concerns.  Seniors who have not cleared their fines by this time will not receive their Senior Privilege Badge on May 8.  Payments will be accepted by the Bookkeeper every school day after school from 2:15-3:00 p.m.
  4. Have completed the required Senior Survey.


SPECIAL LUNCHES:  (Optional) Senior Privileges Tradition    
The 4 lunch dates are:  May 10 (Panda Express), May 17 (Buffalo Wild Wings), May 24 (Noodles & Co.), all Tuesdays, and Friday, June 1 (Canes).  If a student wishes to order a lunch they will need to do so online.  An order form will be available on the EHS homepage beginning April 4th.  Payment will be collected in the Attendance Office; all checks must be payable to:  Eagan High School.  Please include the senior’s name on the memo line.  In order to reserve a lunch, both the online form and payment must be received by Thursday, April 26.  (Please direct any questions to:  Dr. Tara Hedlund, Assistant Principal, at: .) 


As part of Senior Privileges, graduating seniors in good standing who adhere to the Senior Privileges Agreement will not be required to attend school June 4-7 or take T3 Final exams.  Seniors may choose to take Final exams on June 6 and 7 in order to pass a class. Those students who are not in good standing and without privileges will be required to take Finals on June 6 and 7.  Also, the diploma will be held until after final grades are posted.
