Notes from January 15th meeting:

The Senior Party Reveal Skit is Monday Feb. 3rd during PAWS. Rick Schreiber and a group of parents are working on it but saying little about the contents . All are welcome to come watch and find out!

We have sold 132 tickets so far. We need a big push for this Tri. Registration/Waiver forms are in the office. Pay by check or Venmo. Registrations received by March 2nd are eligible for the parking pass drawing. Please turn in forms to office. We hope to collect some at the skit as well.

Fundraising: Upcoming events:

  • Music Trivia with Trivia Mafia Thursday, Jan. 23rd, 7-9 pm. Come early and grab a table (we are renting the space) Gastro Food Truck will be there, and you can also bring your own snacks. Please help spread the word!

  • Bags Tourney: Sunday, February 23rd, time and school gym to be confirmed, but likely 4-6 pm. Parent and senior teams.  If you have corn holes sets that we can use for the event, please let us know.

  • Beer Night at Trail Stop: Trail Stop will donate 3 Kegs. $20 for a wristband and all you can drink. It will be on an upcoming Monday (Trail Stop’s slow night.)  A night to get together with other senior parents.’

  • Winter Fest 2020: March 14th at Starks, 7 pm. Band is all set and playlist looks great! Ticket information will be coming. You can buy ahead or at the door.

  • Also selling flowers for prom and graduation. Watch for information on that.

  • Turbo Nails will be donating a percentage for those who get their nails done before spring break and prom. Just mention senior party!

  • Possibly another Bingo or Trivia night in April, if we need to raise more. We'll let you know!

We are looking for help with  prizes for the Trivia / Bingo nights and Bags Tourney. We are always looking for more help running these events- check in at the door, spreading the word, asking friends and neighbors to come. Here is a link from a past year.

Prize committee is looking for the bin/binder from last year. We will check the storage.

Decorations committee needs help. There are decorations from past years in storage that needs to be checked to see what needs to be replaced or what is needed. We will need also need help for set up the Friday evening before graduation. The decorating committee also rents a truck to get the stuff from storage to the school. The person picking up the truck and decorations needs to be the one renting it (reimbursed by the party) and a junior parent who is on clean up duty will return the truck. Let us know if you can help.

Volunteer committee puts together the sign up genius for volunteers the night of the party. A google sheet from a past year is here. We need help here, too!

Senior Party Notes from Oct. 24th meeting

We have a LOT of important info to pass along to you so please read through this entire email!

Thanks to all who came to our first meeting! As we mentioned we are getting a bit of a late start so we have some catching up to do.

Student party tickets are now available to purchase! They are $75 for the first trimester, $85 during the second and $95 during third. If students buy their ticket before the first trimester ends their name goes into a drawing for a free second trimester parking pass.  We are offering payments through Venmo @EHS2020SeniorClass (include the student’s name in the memo line) or cash/check, which can be dropped off in the school office. Everyone MUST sign a waiver which can printed off and dropped off in the office.

Our first fundraiser is Tacos and Trivia Night on Friday, November 22 at Coopers.  Anyone is invited! Come by yourself and we’ll find a team for you or gather your own team.  Teams will compete against each other for trivia prizes. A taco bar will be served. $25 per person. This first fundraiser is very important in raising funds that will be used on deposits for entertainment at the party and Black Friday deals for prizes. The better the deals the more prizes we can buy for the kids.  Please come with family and friends and support this event!

We have many committee positions available on the Sign Up Genius. We need the help! It takes a village to make this party a success. Please consider helping.  The time commitment is minimal but the impact is huge!
